Owning security platform services across Microsoft's content protection and device trust infrastructure. Leading cryptographic services that secure the Xbox ecosystem, including device attestation, game publishing, and title launch, handling millions of transactions across a global device fleet.

Driving DRM certificate provisioning services that protects premium content delivery for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and other major providers.

Shaped vision to consolidate Microsoft's fragmented release infrastructure into a single secure publishing platform, used by developers to securely publish across Download Center, MAC 365, SDS, MyVS, NPM,  and more.

Led the retirement of an internal legacy service supporting 150+ Microsoft product teams and ~20B downloads/year. Orchestrated cross-team execution to migrate 72TB of data, establish CDN distribution, and delivery of both manual and automated publishing paths to Download Center. Successfully onboarded all teams to ESRP Release & Distribution platform and fully retired legacy service in March 2025. 

In my first 6 months, I drove the expansion of File Transfer Service to 12 regions to enable Azure Device Update Launch. Later identified cost inefficiencies and led the strategic decision to retire FTS in favor of a lightweight NuGet package, saving $800k/year.

Organized the P3 Bootstrap Kickstarter event to enable 25+ leadership roles for the next year. Leading a small team to create a video to highlight P3 events.

Coach at Aspire Conference
Twice a year, the Aspire Conference brings together 4,000+ recent new hires at Microsoft. I played a supporting role to help ensure the event ran smoothly and engaged directly with new hires to create a welcoming, positive experience.

EiC Lead of Filipinos at Microsoft
Lead the F@M EiC team and created 45+ events for early-in-career Microsoft FTEs. 

President / Publicity Chair of Vietnamese Student Association at SJSU
Organized the first multi-day cabinet retreat of 16 officers. Strengthened community engagement with 250+ volunteering hours. This org became one of the largest in the USA from 100 members in 2017 to 400+ members in 2020.
