Product Manager @ Microsoft (Current)
As a part of the Release & Secure Origin team, currently building a seamless, compliant, and secure release and distribution pipeline for all Microsoft content, ensuring every release meets the highest standards of security and integrity across all platforms (Download Center, Microsoft Admin Center 365, Software Download Site, MyVS, PyPi, Maven, NPM, and more) at scale.

Led the retirement of an internal legacy service due to security and usability issues. It was used to support 150+ Microsoft product teams to release and distribute their content, enabling 20B downloads/year. This work included 72TB data migration, CDN setup, building a Release UI and ADO Extension Task to support publishing scenarios like publishing to Download Center. Onboarded 150+ teams to modernized platform, ESRP Release & Secure Origin and finished retirement in March 2025.

In my first 6 months, I led the expansion of File Transfer Service to 12 regions to enable Azure Device Update Launch. Due to costs, we decided to retire File Transfer Service and replaced it with an FTS NuGet to save $800k/year hahaha.

Organized the P3 Bootstrap Kickstarter event to enable 25+ leadership roles for the next year. Leading a small team to create a video to highlight P3 events.

Coach at Aspire Conference
Twice a year, the Aspire Conference brings together 4,000+ recent new hires at Microsoft. I played a supporting role to help ensure the event ran smoothly and engaged directly with new hires to create a welcoming, positive experience.

EiC Lead of Filipinos at Microsoft
Lead the F@M EiC team and created 45+ events for early-in-career Microsoft FTEs. 

President / Publicity Chair / Intern of Vietnamese Student Association at SJSU
Organized the first multi-day cabinet retreat of 16 officers. Strengthened community engagement with 250+ volunteering hours. This org became one of the largest in the USA from 100 members in 2017 to 400+ members in 2020.
